Every day around 4 p.m., you begin to loose your mind.
It’s somewhat comforting to know that all babies do this.
You’re tired. You’re frustrated. You can’t self-soothe. You’re a little bit of a hot mess.
But a few things help:
- A dark room
- White noise
- Holding you close
- Moving or stillness
And sometimes, none of those things seem to help.
But once you go down for the night, you’re a sound little sleeper.
In somewhat good news, this phase last only for 3 months or so. So we’re a little more than halfway through.
